Artwork 

How do I upload my artwork when ordering? You can add files on product page or on artwork page.
When you order you will be upload artwork section where you can upload either your print ready artwork or your logo etc for our designers to produce the artwork.

Is there any setup charge for the artwork?

No – the prices you see are the prices you pay. You can either send over your own artwork or we will create it for you from your logos and text etc entirely without charge.

Will I receive a proof of the finished product before going to print?

Yes we will send you a print ready proof for approval or amendment prior to printing.

Is there any charge for changing the artwork?

No – you can change the artwork as many times as you like – that is all included within the printing price.

Does the KT Sirts logo appear anywhere on my printing?

No – the only artwork we print is the one you send to us and/or the one approved by you prior to printing.

How much of the page can be printed?

You can print as much or as little as you want – except for pads & Desk top pads these with have a 5mm blank edge. Posters , banners, flyers etc can be printed to the edge of the print.

Print Process Are the pads printed digitally or lithographically?

It depends –  orders which are litho printed are most business stationary cards, flyers etc everything else digitally are printed digitally. Posters, banners, stickers & pads

What paper do you print with?

Weight of the paper, or material will be listed with the product description

How many colours do you print in?

All our printing is a full colour process. Unless stating other wise on product.

What are your delivery charges?

Deliveries are sent on a next day basis with either FedEx or Parcelforce  The delivery charge will be added to your order when you checkout after choosing your products and branding. Charges are: £7.95 Or free delivery if you order over £80 of products

Are there any other charges apart from the prices I see on the website?

The only other charges that may apply will be shown on a product page but the good news is most of the time we design for free. The only thing that would get charged if we designed is a logo where you didnt need any printing done. Our price for logos is £15-£25

Is there a minimum order value?

No you can order what you want you would just pay delivery charge , unless your order  order value is £80 (delivery)
